General Questions

Allied Health services have short wait times.
Paediatrician services have an approximate wait time of eight months.

Allied Health, including mental health and therapy, and Paediatrics for ages 0 to 18.

New patient appointments are one hour.
Allied Health appointments are one hour.
Standard Paediatrician appointments are either 30 minutes or 15 minutes depending on the requirement ascertained by the Paediatrician.

Any supporting documentation that may assist the provider with historical information.

Telehealth appointments are arranged on the basis of the consult and provider requirements. The child must be present during the appointment.

Yes for Allied Health and Paediatrics where you would like to receive a Medicare Rebate.
No for our Allied Health Mental Health Nurse and Clinical Family Therapist, or where you choose to opt out of the Medicare Rebate.

For an Allied Health appointment, you will require a referral from a GP including a Mental Health Plan so a Medicare Rebate can be claimed. Otherwise no referral is needed for a full fee nil rebate appointment.

For a Paediatrician appointment you will require a GP referral.

Appointments can be arranged Mondays to Saturdays with flexible hours.
Allied Health services are available Monday to Saturday by appointment.
Paediatric services are available Tuesday to Friday by appointment.
Billing and Fees

Allied Health $190.00 for one hour (with referral a Medicare Rebate applies).
Paediatrics is dependent on the consult, please discuss at time of booking.

No, however, a patient can claim NDIS funding directly to pay the cost of the consult.

Yes with a valid current referral, we will claim the Medicare Rebate on your behalf at time of payment of consult.

No, but we can provide you a receipt so you can approach your private health fund directly.
